Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver full-stack AI-powered applications using the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers and internal teams to create tailored AI solutions.
• Extend the platform's core functionality and UI/UX layer.
• Integrate advanced AI capabilities into production environments alongside research teams.
• Maintain high code quality through clean, tested, and maintainable development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end user-facing products.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Vue/React, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong product mindset and communication skills.
• Ownership mentality to lead features from ideation to production.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or LLM-based applications.
• Experience working with B2B or enterprise-level customers.
