What you will do
- Manage end-to-end order-to-invoice processing in the ERP system.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain accurate, compliant order documentation.
- Coordinate outbound shipments, shipping documentation, and delivery execution.
- Support inventory movements and resolve backorders.
- Provide operational and administrative support across operations, commercial, and finance functions.
- Work with internal teams, external partners, and regional stakeholders to improve process accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or operations.
- Mandarin and English communication skills required.
