What you will do
- Provide exceptional support by identifying coverage gaps and qualifying discounts for customers.
- Handle inbound calls regarding auto, home, and motorcycle insurance policies.
- Navigate a large panel of insurance providers to match the right coverage to customer needs.
- Solve complex problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate insurance products.
- Process service requests including vehicle updates, driver changes, and policy documentation.
- Contribute to product improvement by providing feedback based on customer interactions.
Requirements
- Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
