Product Specialist (Oncology)

Location: San Fernando City, Pampanga, Philippines; preferred working type: Remote

What you will do

• Generate demand for company products and achieve assigned sales budgets.
• Drive sales performance, forecasts, and territory results against therapeutic expectations.
• Build in-depth knowledge of the oncology market, customer base, demographics, and managed markets within the assigned territory.
• Secure product listings in territory accounts and ensure customer coverage.
• Execute marketing activities and sales programs according to strategy.
• Facilitate timely medicine availability and comply with regulations for healthcare professional interactions and sample distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Business.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in Oncology.
• In-depth knowledge of customers, territory, and the oncology market.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and executing territory sales and marketing programs.
• Strong customer focus, KOL engagement, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
