Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the maintenance function across South Australia and support a strong safety culture focused on Zero Harm.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventative maintenance systems across branches.
• Improve equipment reliability, asset performance, and maintenance effectiveness through technical analysis and data-driven problem solving.
• Coach and develop the maintenance team while building capability, confidence, and engagement.
• Manage maintenance budgets, cost controls, capital planning, and business cases for asset and operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate reporting, compliance, legal requirements, and stakeholder coordination across operations, sales, and regional leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance, asset management, manufacturing, operations, or a related technical environment.
• Experience supporting, coaching, or leading others toward shared outcomes.
• Strong safety leadership and commitment to personal and team wellbeing.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, support capital planning, and deliver cost-effective outcomes across multiple sites.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, relationship-building, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• A trade background or engineering experience is beneficial.
