Engineering And Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Seven Hills, New South Wales, Australia; onsite on the production floor

What you will do

• Lead, organise, and control engineering and maintenance teams to meet company goals and standards.
• Ensure equipment, maintenance procedures, food safety, OH&S, and environmental requirements are followed.
• Plan preventative and scheduled maintenance for factory assets and utilities.
• Manage engineering budgets, monthly spending, CAPEX investments, and capital projects from justification through implementation and reporting.
• Maintain a skilled and motivated workforce while managing maintenance and project engineering direct reports.
• Improve energy and water consumption and maintain engineering systems, processes, and documentation.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent is mandatory.
• Proven people and performance management, communication, delegation, and leadership skills.
• Experience translating strategy into execution and managing projects.
• Experience with CAPEX, maintenance budgets, operational maintenance, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OH&S and EPA regulations and systems, with strong analytical and prioritisation skills.
• Full working rights and eligibility to work in Australia are required.
