Maintenance Coordinator (Data Centre)

What you will do

• Support data centre operations and maintenance delivery to achieve high availability and compliance with customer SLAs.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise planned and reactive maintenance with operations teams, technicians, managers, and third-party vendors.
• Manage asset data, maintenance plans, work orders, access requests, PPM processes, service reports, fault records, and root-cause-analysis information in CMMS/IWMS systems.
• Act as the site reliability champion and support reliability-centred maintenance activities.
• Prepare audit documentation, operational reports, asset records, and regulatory compliance materials.
• Support inventory management, site administration, utility efficiency, and data-driven improvements to maintenance cost and equipment lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a critical environment or data centre.
• Degree or technical qualification in a relevant electrical, mechanical, or MEP engineering field.
• Strong experience with CMMS platforms such as ServiceNow, Maximo, Si7, Tririga, or Archibus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to analyse large datasets and use BI tools.
• Familiarity with local and national regulatory codes, guidelines, and permit processes.
• Understanding of ITIL, mechanical and electrical systems, data centre operations, technical communication, and root-cause analysis.
