What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage Process Associates and Subject Matter Experts while monitoring performance, productivity, and quality.
• Manage operational delivery against client-defined SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations, including escalations and customer concerns.
• Oversee process migrations, system conversions, process governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage agency and producer administration, including onboarding, licensing and appointment records, profile updates, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee commission setup validation, payout accuracy, discrepancy investigations, and producer inquiries.
• Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, clients, and onshore stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in US insurance operations, preferably life insurance and annuities, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong people leadership, communication, stakeholder coordination, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience with operational metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and SLA, as well as CRM, workforce management, and reporting platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
