Manager, Commercial Real Estate Shared Services (Escrow and Tax Management)

What you will do

• Lead a team of approximately 20 experienced escrow professionals and manage daily process deliverables.
• Plan resource allocation and optimize team utilization.
• Work with onshore business leaders and coordinate with senior stakeholders.
• Analyze and present data cuts and business presentations to senior management.
• Monitor deliverables, reporting, and overall process performance.
• Support transitions of new subprocesses and activities.

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, or MBA from a reputable institution.
• 10–12 years of experience in commercial real estate mortgage or loan servicing.
• 7–8 years of experience in escrow and tax management.
• 4–5 years of experience leading teams, including SME support and knowledge sharing.
• Strong understanding of complex tax schedules and escrow requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, MS Office proficiency, and a project-management mindset.
