Senior Financial Analyst – Site Operations (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with site leadership on financial performance, operational decisions, and strategic planning.
• Lead monthly close, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, productivity, spending, inventory performance, and operational metrics.
• Develop KPIs and financial models that convert data into actionable business insights.
• Evaluate capital investments, cost-saving initiatives, and productivity savings.
• Improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and new tools.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or manufacturing finance.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain teams.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory valuation, manufacturing financial analysis, financial controls, and audit readiness.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience, such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence.
