Senior Test Engineer (Photonics Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own test strategy, coverage, specifications, and execution for assigned products.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing, reliability, qualification, and validation test plans.
• Analyze test, reliability, yield, performance, and quality data to identify failures and improvement opportunities.
• Support new product introduction, product transfer, production ramp, documentation release, and engineering change management.
• Drive design for manufacturability, assembly, test, and reliability with R&D and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, process, product, and global engineering teams on technical issues, corrective actions, and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, optical engineering, physics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 6–10+ years of experience in test engineering or reliability engineering in high-tech manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing test development, execution, and data analysis.
• Experience with reliability testing, product qualification, and validation.
• Background in optical, photonics, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and English communication skills.
