Junior Business Manager (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Identify prospects through market analysis and cold calling.
• Engage potential clients, organize expertise presentations, and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage existing accounts and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and support consultants while ensuring project success.
• Oversee business-unit performance, analyze financial results, and implement optimization strategies.
• Lead daily operations and create a productive environment for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, consulting, or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Structured, organized, results-driven, commercially aware, and entrepreneurial approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on excellence and continuous learning.
