What you will do
- Execute accounting and daily operations for simple and medium-complex MRCs within the Global Services Finance process area.
- Close financial periods on schedule while meeting SLA, compliance, internal audit, and SOX requirements.
- Maintain the completeness, accuracy, and validity of reported actuals, including balance sheet reconciliations and open-item reduction.
- Apply worldwide accounting procedures and policies, identify compliance risks, and support strong internal controls.
- Train new team members and BPO partners and support auditors and legal authorities.
- Support global process alignment, documentation, continuous improvement, and process-efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- Basic proficiency with standard Microsoft tools, including MS Teams.
- Effective communication skills and a strong academic record, preferably within the top 10% of the graduating class.
- Openness to new ideas, ability to develop effective ways of working, and active extracurricular participation, including leadership in organizations or clubs.
- Fluent English required.
- Availability for flexible shifts aligned with Americas, EMEA, or Asia responsibilities and up to 10–20% international travel.
