Admissions Representative (Youth Workforce Development)

Location: Dayton, Ohio, USA. Onsite role.

What you will do

• Recruit eligible and suitable youth for Job Corps programs.
• Conduct outreach in communities, agencies, American Job Centers, and public events.
• Interview applicants, conduct orientations, and assess qualifications for residential, non-residential, and other training programs.
• Process applicant files through data entry, document scanning, and electronic filing.
• Coordinate applicant travel arrangements with program centers.
• Support at-risk students, participate in meetings and training, and maintain safety and accountability standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a closely related field; or an associate’s degree plus two years of related experience.
• Experience working with diverse youth.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform outreach, admissions interviews, applicant documentation, and quality assurance checks.
• Ability to work onsite in Dayton, Ohio, USA.
