Senior Specialist, Workforce Planning & Optimization (Hub Operations) (Logistics/E-commerce): Building capacity plans, labor models, incentive structures, and operational dashboards for Taiwan hub sortation facilities with an accent on demand forecasting, staffing ratios, cost-per-hour optimization, and workforce stability. Focus on modeling show-up rates and attrition, optimizing temporary labor rosters, managing staffing agencies, and translating operational data into leadership decisions.
Location: Taipei, Taiwan; onsite work in hub sortation facilities

What you will do
- Build and refine capacity plans across Taiwan hub sortation facilities.
- Model demand forecasts, show-up rates, attrition, and senior or tenured temporary labor ratios.
- Design temporary-worker incentive structures and optimize rostering and Cost Per Hour.
- Develop and maintain a reliable pool of senior and tenured temporary workers.
- Partner with Hub Operations, FC Manpower teams, Talent Acquisition, and external staffing agencies.
- Build dashboards, data models, and tracking tables for operational and quality metrics.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in workforce planning, labor modeling, or capacity planning in high-volume logistics, fulfillment centers, or similar operations.
- Advanced quantitative analysis and visualization skills using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience with labor cost management, Cost Per Hour optimization, shift rostering, and temporary labor incentive or wage modeling.
- Experience managing staffing agencies, vendor SLAs, and cross-functional operational or HR teams.
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills for analyzing demand, show-up rates, and attrition.
- Basic spoken English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in express delivery, parcel logistics, e-commerce, or co-located fulfillment center environments.
- Knowledge of Python or R for predictive forecasting and labor show-up probability modeling.
- Experience creating temporary-worker engagement strategies, labor-ratio frameworks, or shift-stability programs.
- Experience in a global technology or e-commerce enterprise.
- Conversational Korean.
