TechBar Analyst

What you will do

• Deliver front-line TechBar support with a strong customer service focus.
• Resolve incidents and service requests while proactively assisting users and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support devices, mobility, collaboration tools, and meeting room technologies.
• Assist with device setup, provisioning, refresh activities, and device lifecycle management.
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow, maintain accurate records, and follow ITIL-aligned workflows.
• Collaborate with broader IT teams and maintain a clean, professional TechBar environment.

Requirements

• Experience in end-user or TechBar support.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Experience using ServiceNow or another ITSM tool.
• Understanding of device lifecycle management and basic ITIL principles.
• Clear communication, ownership, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.
