Senior Demand & Supply Planner

What you will do

• Develop and maintain 36-month demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales input.
• Translate demand forecasts into supply plans that balance inventory, production, and distribution requirements.
• Manage inventory levels, replenishment, distribution center transfers, service levels, stockouts, and excess stock.
• Own phase-in and phase-out product planning and execution and participate in SIOP/IBP processes.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps, production delays, and logistics issues in collaboration with planning and operational stakeholders.
• Maintain reliable planning systems and ERP data while monitoring forecast accuracy, backorders, inventory, days on hand, and inventory turns.

Requirements

• Experience in demand and supply planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Ability to develop data-driven forecasts and actionable supply plans.
• Experience working with planning systems and ERP data.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
• Ability to analyze planning KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
