Store & Logistics Officer (Aerospace)

Location: Pasay City, Philippines; onsite

What you will do

• Act as Chief Storekeeper and Receiving Inspector for aeronautical products, materials, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, shelf-life monitoring, identification, tagging, quarantine, and issuance of aircraft parts and consumables.
• Perform incoming inspections, prepare complaints for damaged deliveries, and issue authorized release certificates after required inspections or tests.
• Prepare packaging, documentation, bookings, and stakeholder coordination for export shipments and support importation requirements.
• Track shipment progress, routes, schedules, estimated deliveries, and project parts status through the Digital Workpack Dashboard.
• Support audits, procurement, finance, mechanics, costing, project scheduling, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Professional experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related aerospace environment.
• Ability to manage aeronautical parts and consumables, including traceability, documentation, shelf limits, and serviceability status.
• Knowledge of incoming inspection, packaging, shipment documentation, and import/export coordination.
• Ability to support compliance audits and address findings from authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate with mechanics, planners, sales and service teams, procurement, finance, suppliers, and logistics stakeholders.
