Sales Affiliate Trade Analyst

What you will do

• Manage client inquiries, service requests, applications, and supporting documentation for PCA/PVoC services.
• Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, compliance, and audit traceability before technical endorsement.
• Coordinate clients, TCT Manila, inspection teams, laboratories, onsite affiliates, and liaison offices.
• Arrange inspections, source qualified laboratories, and validate ISO 17025 scope, capability, and accreditation.
• Review testing and inspection reports, prepare draft Certificates of Conformity and non-conformity reports, and manage client feedback.
• Monitor turnaround times, maintain records in hirify.global systems such as eTrade, and ensure final certification decisions are issued on time.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in international trade, certification, or import/export operations.
• Experience in customer care and client communication.
• Knowledge of conformity assessment through inspection, testing, and documentary review.
• Strong document review, compliance assessment, coordination, stakeholder management, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows remotely while maintaining attention to detail and proactive follow-up.
