Operations Support (Logistics)

Location: Parañaque, Philippines; Workplace: Remote

What you will do

• Process and monitor incoming pre-alerts and shipment documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Encode and update shipment information in databases, operational systems, and portals.
• Prepare shipment records, Delivery Receipts, and warehouse inbound transactions.
• Track import and export shipments, monitor milestones, and confirm actual arrival at destination.
• Perform system and data checks, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Coordinate with Operations teams regarding missing information, delays, and other operational concerns.

Requirements

• Graduate of a four-year course, preferably in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or operations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and comfort working with operational systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced operational environment.
