Inventory Associate - Lead (Automotive)

Location: Austin North, Austin, Texas, United States; onsite at 13300 North I-35 Service Road South

Hourly rate: $15.50–$30.70

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Inventory Associates during daily operational tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized, secure display areas and work-in-process zones.
• Receive, scan, reconcile, and maintain accurate vehicle inventory records.
• Conduct cosmetic inspections and prepare saleable vehicles for customer delivery according to hirify.global Final Quality Standards.
• Facilitate vehicle movement on and off the lot and support operational flow.
• Provide customer service, support associates, and follow Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data accurately.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead team efforts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied conditions.
• Strong in-person and telephone communication skills.
• Completion of hirify.global training in all inventory functions and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
