Lead Inventory Associate (Retail)

Location: South Florida, Pompano Beach, Florida; onsite at 1700 W Sample Rd

Hourly rate: $19.20–$30.70 per hour

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Inventory Associates during daily operational activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure display areas and work-in-process zones.
• Receive, scan, and reconcile vehicles to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct cosmetic inspections and prepare saleable vehicles for customer delivery according to hirify.global Final Quality Standards.
• Coordinate vehicle movement on and off the lot while supporting customer service and associate needs.
• Follow Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and support the Reconditioning Production Manager.

Requirements

• Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data accurately.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and lead team efforts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied conditions.
• Strong in-person and telephone communication skills.
• Completion of hirify.global training in all inventory functions and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
