What you will do

• Advise Asset Management business teams on day-to-day regulatory, compliance, and reputational risk matters.
• Monitor regulatory and rule changes and support their implementation across the business.
• Assist with regulatory reviews, inspections, investigations, inquiries, filings, and complaint handling.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, investigations, marketing-material reviews, and compliance training.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures and identify control needs for new instruments and activities.
• Coordinate with Technology and other control functions on control development, issue resolution, and global projects.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience for the Analyst level or 3–7 years for the Associate level in Compliance, Legal, or another risk control function.
• Asset management experience is preferred.
• University degree.
• Strong risk and control focus, sound judgment, ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to resolve issues and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and adapt to regulatory and business changes.

Nice to have

• Additional Asian language skills to support regional stakeholder communication and review of local-language marketing and regulatory materials.
