Location: Folkestone, United Kingdom; on-site in the Folkestone Superstore pharmacy

Salary: £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 per hour in stores within the M25

What you will do

• Support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
• Accurately dispense prescription medicines and complete prescription administration on time.
• Provide friendly advice on medicines, common ailments, products, and pharmacy services.
• Handle customer queries within your competence and refer customers to the pharmacist when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support promotional activities and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience or qualifications gained in a pharmacy environment.
• Willingness to train and develop in the pharmacy field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to make responsible decisions about customer support and referrals.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide confident, reassuring service.
• Positive, team-focused communication and collaboration skills.
• Availability for scheduled shifts between Tuesday and Saturday, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week; roles from 12 hours may also be available.
