Spanish Speaking Medical Information Specialist - Graduate Opportunity

Location: UK, Serbia, North Macedonia or Croatia. Remote working is available, with hybrid work encouraged for new hires within a short commute of an office.

What you will do

• Respond to medical and safety-related enquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers by phone, email, and web platforms.
• Use approved product information, scientific literature, and internal data to provide clear and accurate responses.
• Document and report adverse events, product complaints, and other safety concerns in line with regulatory standards.
• Log enquiries in internal systems and perform quality checks on safety reports and medical enquiries.
• Write custom medical responses and contribute to process and procedure improvements.
• Provide informal training or mentorship and participate in rotating after-hours coverage when required.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, nursing, medicine, or another healthcare-related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Interest in drug safety, medical information, or regulatory affairs.
• Fluency at C2 level in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work from the UK, Serbia, North Macedonia, or Croatia.
