Clinical Implementation Specialist UK (Acute Care Technology)

Location: Remote in the UK, with an ideal base around the Midlands region; travel up to 80% mainly across the UK and occasionally in Europe

What you will do

• Plan, develop, and execute customer education and training events.
• Coordinate in-service training for existing and new hospital accounts.
• Act as a clinical and technical expert for ZOLL hospital products and the chain of resuscitation.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers by communicating leads and account updates.
• Prepare supporting materials for sales and training activities.
• Build lasting customer relationships that support product utilization and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• RN, Paramedic, or RT qualification with 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in BA or BS preferred.
• Clinical education experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• AHA Instructor certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, mainly within the UK and occasionally in Europe.

Nice to have

• Additional European language skills.
• AHA Instructor certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS.
