What you will do

• Assess patients’ healthcare needs, formulate nursing diagnoses, and document findings accurately and promptly.
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate individualized plans of care for children and families.
• Promote patient health, safety, and effective care delivery in collaboration with families and healthcare colleagues.
• Evaluate nursing practice quality and integrate relevant research findings into care.
• Contribute to peer development, professional leadership, and ongoing nursing competency.
• Account for safety, effectiveness, cost, and practice impact when planning and delivering care.

Requirements

• Required: nursing licensure for the State of Tennessee.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated clinical abilities.
• Pediatric nursing experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform frequent bending, walking, sitting, squatting, reaching, and standing, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
