Recommendation Strategy Product Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of the Main App Search product, including the Discovery Page and Search Result Page.
• Plan the product roadmap and drive trade conversion, click-through rate, and business traffic through iterative improvements.
• Write product requirements, coordinate engineering implementation, launch features, and track results end to end.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, data, operations, and technology teams.
• Respond to and resolve online incidents and issues as the first responder.
• Analyze crypto user behavior across new and experienced users and optimize search experience and conversion.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with search product features.
• Ability to translate complex information requirements into clear product solutions with high data accuracy and low latency.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional product and search workflow coordination.
• Bi-lingual English and Mandarin communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical or engineering experience is beneficial for addressing product and technology challenges.
