AI Product Manager (Cross-Border Payments)

Location: Hybrid in Shanghai, Shenzhen, or Hong Kong

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-border payment products, with a focus on APP and user-facing experiences.
• Analyze user needs, business requirements, product data, feedback, and market insights to improve conversion, engagement, retention, efficiency, and UX.
• Work with business and operations teams to identify problems, prototype solutions, and move them into production using an FDE mindset.
• Design and launch AI-powered features and workflows, including LLM applications, AI Agents, RAG, intelligent customer support, AI-assisted operations, and workflow automation.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Data, Risk, and business stakeholders to drive initiatives from concept through launch and performance evaluation.
• Support product localization and optimization across international markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with strong technical understanding or a technical background.
• Experience building and operating consumer-facing or APP products, including user growth, engagement, retention, conversion, and UX.
• Hands-on experience with AI products or AI-powered projects and understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, system architecture, data flows, integrations, and frontend/backend interactions.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and contribute to technical solution design; coding experience is an advantage.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required. Payments, fintech, cross-border payments, financial products, or transaction-based business experience is preferred.
