Company

hirify.global develops advanced defense systems and delivers prototype capabilities through rapid engineering and testing.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute mission-level simulations with AFSIM, EADSIM, and related modeling tools for contested, multi-domain scenarios.
  • Translate operational scenarios and customer needs into system requirements, constraints, performance metrics, trade studies, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Analyze interactions between sensors, weapons, communications, and threat systems to assess mission effectiveness.
  • Build and extend simulation frameworks, correlate models with ground and flight-test data, and develop rapid evaluation workflows.
  • Integrate mission requirements into prototype hardware and software systems while supporting system-level integration, flight tests, and live-fire events.
  • Collaborate with GNC, propulsion, avionics, software, and manufacturing teams during design reviews, technical briefings, and customer engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mission analysis, operational analysis, systems engineering, or aerospace/defense modeling and simulation.
  • Experience with AFSIM, EADSIM, STK, MATLAB/Simulink, or comparable simulation frameworks.
  • Experience translating mission needs into engineering requirements and design trades.
  • Familiarity with aerospace or defense systems such as missiles, aircraft, spacecraft, or launch vehicles.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance; access to export-controlled information and restricted U.S. Government systems may require additional government authorization or eligibility.

Culture & Benefits

  • Early-stage environment with significant ownership and direct impact on defense-system development.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across engineering and manufacturing disciplines.
  • Generous benefits package.
  • Extended hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to meet aggressive timelines.
