Field Service Engineer / Technician (Industrial Equipment)

Location: Catania, Italy; on-site field service with travel within the assigned area

Salary: From €30,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Conduct planned and ad hoc customer visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and take action to prevent downtime.
• Install equipment and ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements.
• Document service activities and provide recommendations to customers.
• Act as the on-site customer contact and report to the Operations Manager within the Customer Center Service team.

Requirements

• Previous field service experience.
• Customer-focused, self-directed approach with the ability to understand and resolve problems.
• Compliance with applicable laws, policies, and standards.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic written and spoken English is required.
