TL;DR

Field Service Engineer (Industrial Equipment): Inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing technical systems for customers in Tainan and the designated Taiwan area with an accent on equipment performance, safety compliance, and service quality. Focus on diagnosing issues, preventing downtime, documenting field activities, and providing prompt technical recommendations during customer visits.

Location: Tainan, Taiwan. On-site field service role with significant travel to customers within Taiwan.

What you will do

Conduct planned and ad hoc customer visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems.
Diagnose issues and take preventive action to reduce equipment downtime.
Perform installations and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Document service activities and technical findings.
Act as the on-site customer contact and provide service recommendations.
Address customer needs promptly while supporting equipment performance and longevity.

Requirements

Experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing technical systems.
Ability to perform installations and diagnose equipment issues.
Commitment to safety compliance and accurate service documentation.
Availability for on-site work and frequent travel to customers within Taiwan.
