Field Service Engineer

hirify.global develops and supports lithography equipment and related engineering services for customer sites.

What you will do

• Analyze equipment problems, gather diagnostic information, determine solution approaches, and adapt them as new information becomes available.
• Execute complex repair and service procedures, including part replacement, equipment setting improvements, and non-routine service actions.
• Prepare and route technical handovers, work orders, field service reports, and other documentation to senior engineers, third-line support, or D&E.
• Coordinate machine time windows, parts, tools, equipment, and information needed for planned procedures.
• Advise customer personnel and first-, second-, and third-line engineers on maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to process optimization, procedure updates, training materials, and technical knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Master of Science or Master of Engineering degree.
• At least 2 years of experience with lithography equipment.
• Fluent English for technical advice, training, and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently on complex equipment problems and repairs.
• Knowledge of machine components, their interactions, SOPs, MOPs, and service-level considerations such as uptime, throughput, and yield.
