Field Service Engineer 2 (Semiconductor Equipment): Performing installation, qualification, repair, and maintenance of ASML systems at customer sites in the Taichung region with an accent on independent service execution and customer know-how transfer. Focus on diagnosing defined machine problems, carrying out regular and irregular maintenance, and escalating complex issues when required.

Location: Taichung, Taiwan; onsite customer-site work

What you will do

  • Install and qualify hirify.global systems at customer sites.
  • Perform regular and irregular machine maintenance with considerable independence.
  • Repair and maintain equipment while handling defined and recurring machine problems.
  • Escalate issues when required and transfer relevant technical know-how to customers.

Requirements

  • Ability to work onsite at customer locations in Taichung, Taiwan.
  • Ability to execute field service and maintenance activities under limited supervision.
  • Must be legally authorized to access technology controlled under United States Export Administration Regulations before beginning work.
