Strategy Insights & Planning Associate - Intern (North America - University Students)

Location: Hybrid work from hirify.global offices and client sites in Evanston, Princeton, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, South San Francisco, San Diego, Thousand Oaks, New York, or Bellevue, United States. Client-facing work may require travel.

What you will do

• Develop solutions to client business problems using structured problem-solving frameworks.
• Conduct market and desk research to derive insights and inform client decisions.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate findings to clients and hirify.global teams.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global teams to implement solutions.
• Own assigned project deliverables and support change initiatives.

Requirements

• Be entering the second-to-last year of a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline.
• Strong academic performance in analytical and quantitative coursework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong oral and written communication, attention to detail, organization, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
