Advisory Consultant - Intern (North America - University Students)

Location: New York, New York or Evanston, Illinois, United States. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client locations and hirify.global offices. Travel is required for client-facing work.

What you will do

• Support clients with strategic choices and organizational transformation across commercial, marketing, clinical, medical, analytics, and technology areas.
• Lead discussions on client-specific matters and issues affecting the healthcare landscape.
• Communicate interconnected business issues to senior executives and align stakeholders across functions.
• Structure PowerPoint deliverables and present supporting analysis in a clear, effective way.
• Drive project execution by organizing data, coordinating meetings, and guiding junior team members.
• Provide thought leadership, innovation, coaching, and business development support.

Requirements

• Currently in the first year of an MBA program, with a bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of pre-MBA work experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, initiative, and client service skills.
• Ability and interest in leading and managing teams.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship.
