Sales Manager (Part Time)

Location: Orlando-Waterford Lakes, Florida, United States; onsite retail role

What you will do

• Lead customer service on the sales floor and help families select products by style, feature, and benefit.
• Coach store associates on service standards, omnichannel experiences, product knowledge, and performance.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, respond to customer concerns, and drive timely resolutions.
• Plan and execute an assigned business focus area while following through on operational priorities.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs, including credit.
• Support safety, asset protection, operational controls, and a positive, inclusive store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use common workplace technology, including Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods; frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and ladder use are required.
• Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays according to the schedule.
