Security Risk Lead (AI Cloud)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead security risk assessments for cloud infrastructure, products, applications, business processes, and major technology changes.
• Assess new initiatives and systems, including supporting M&A-related due diligence risk assessments.
• Evaluate control design and effectiveness, identify residual and systemic risks, and determine appropriate treatment.
• Maintain the security risk register, track owners and remediation, and manage formal risk acceptance.
• Define risk scoring, prioritization, key risk indicators, and risk trend reporting.
• Translate technical risks into business impact and support security reviews, governance forums, auditors, customers, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in security risk management, IT risk, GRC, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience conducting risk assessments, maintaining risk registers, and driving remediation or formal risk acceptance.
• Strong understanding of risk scoring, prioritization, risk metrics, and key risk indicators.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across security, compliance, engineering, cloud infrastructure, legal, and business teams without relying on formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; authorization to work in Israel is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and technology environments.
• Relevant certifications such as CRISC or CISSP.
• Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
