Technical Information Security Officer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design and implement security architecture, including DLP, RBAC, separation of duties, secure configurations, and threat models.
• Deploy and manage centralized logging, SIEM platforms, alerting rules, and real-time monitoring workflows.
• Investigate security alerts, coordinate remediation, and optimize log retention, storage, and analytics performance.
• Manage vulnerability disclosure, bug bounty, penetration testing, and security findings remediation processes.
• Establish secure coding, configuration management, and data masking practices for internal systems and third-party components.
• Translate compliance requirements into technical specifications and provide evidence for ISO 27001:2022 and EU NIS2 audits.

Requirements

• Hands-on enterprise experience with AWS, DLP, log analytics, SIEM platforms, and secure configuration management.
• Deep understanding of role-based access control and separation of duties in modern IT infrastructures.
• Expertise in ISO 27001:2022 and EU NIS2 security and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or equivalent cloud security tools and architectures.
• Experience with bug bounty programs and vulnerability management platforms.
• OSCP or other relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices and secure coding standards.
• Experience leading security architecture design in a scaling organization.
