Principal Product Analyst - Workday Delivery Lead (Workday)

Location: Bellevue, Washington; Chicago, Illinois; San Francisco, California; or Washington, DC. The employee must be on U.S. soil and must qualify as a U.S. person; working on a U.S. visa does not qualify.

Salary: $170,000–$233,200 USD annual base salary for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; an additional range of $151,000–$207,900 USD is listed.

What you will do

• Lead multi-quarter, executive-sponsored delivery initiatives across Core HCM, compensation, benefits, equity, and total rewards systems.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, business processes, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks.
• Coordinate Product Management, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and technical delivery teams.
• Manage prioritized backlogs and delivery from scoping through completion within a Scrum framework.
• Resolve project risks, requirement trade-offs, and delivery impediments.
• Facilitate workshops and mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Workday platform experience in a delivery role with a bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a master’s degree.
• Hands-on Workday HCM experience with deep functional knowledge of Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Performance/Rewards modules.
• Experience leading complex, multi-system initiatives and managing delivery against a prioritized backlog.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, organization, and leadership skills.
• Must be physically located on U.S. soil and qualify as a U.S. person; U.S. visa status alone does not qualify.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or automation initiatives in an HR technology ecosystem.
• Agile or Scrum certifications.
