What you will do
- Lead Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists while managing project-level digital model environments and deliverables.
- Work with Project Managers to create and maintain Digital Delivery Plans, project initiation procedures, discipline models, and digital deliverables.
- Establish and maintain server infrastructure, document management systems, model setups, and project archiving for multidisciplinary projects.
- Monitor model health, coordination processes, quality control, and digital deliverable exchanges through construction document issue and project closeout.
- Host digital delivery coordination meetings, provide technical support, and communicate schedules and requirements to project teams and clients.
- Mentor staff and provide guidance to Project Managers and other Digital Delivery Leads.
Requirements
- Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of digital design experience, including BIM element authoring, and 5 years of digital delivery or model management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of 3D design software, document management infrastructure, and 3D coordination tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of discipline relationships, building systems, industry standards, codes, and specifications.
- Familiarity with automation, programming applications, 3D design software add-ins, supporting applications, and content management concepts.
- Strong client service, communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
