What you will do
- Contribute to project strategy, test fits, schematic plans, conceptual designs, design development, and tender and construction packages.
- Prepare and edit architectural drawings, models, schedules, images, and related design documentation under the guidance of project leaders.
- Coordinate the work of single- and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle under the supervision of a Project Manager.
- Manage workload and complete project deliverables on budget and schedule.
- Support diverse and complex social infrastructure and mission-critical/data centre projects.
Requirements
- RIBA Part II or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of practical and industry experience in the UK.
- Experience with social infrastructure projects, including health, science and technology, education, and community projects.
- Intermediate knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Understanding of computational and parametric design, with graphic and visualization skills for communicating design ideas.
