Legal Counsel - Commercial Solicitor

What you will do

• Provide legal support for strategic commercial initiatives, customer engagements and business transformation projects across hirify.global Ireland.
• Draft, negotiate and advise on enterprise customer contracts, framework agreements, master services agreements, managed services agreements, technology licences, procurement agreements, partnership agreements and confidentiality agreements.
• Advise on strategic customer, supplier and partner relationships, contractual disputes and escalation matters.
• Support intellectual property, software, cloud, technology and IT matters, including the development and launch of new products and services.
• Advise on procurement law, public procurement, RFPs, framework competitions and public-sector contracts.
• Support governance, compliance, risk management, external counsel management, stakeholder training and commercial contracting best practices.

Requirements

• Commercially focused legal expertise applicable to technology, telecommunications, procurement, privacy and regulatory matters.
• Ability to work independently, provide practical solution-oriented advice and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience advising on complex commercial agreements and strategic customer, supplier or partner engagements.
• Ability to support legal and regulatory risk management across multiple business functions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Dublin 2, Ireland.
