What you will do
- Define and lead the contract review process for bid approvals.
- Review existing contracts and identify favorable commercial opportunities.
- Develop and review commercial contracts and master service agreements, obtaining local legal advice where required.
- Manage the insurance portfolio, business claims, and information provided during arbitration.
- Build a network of local legal partners to support global operations.
- Advise the Executive Board and implement legal, compliance, and risk management policies and training.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor.
- Experience in commercial contract law related to the construction and professional services industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and a commercial mindset.
- Ability to manage personal priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
