Senior DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable build, test, and release workflows.
• Own and improve artifact lifecycle systems, including versioning, storage, and dependency management.
• Provision, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure supporting CI workloads.
• Partner with development teams to improve code review workflows and branching strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex build failures and infrastructure bottlenecks to drive root-cause analysis.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers within the Developer Productivity organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and automated build/test infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and scripting for automation.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration, specifically Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and driving improvements at organizational scale.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and practices.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling.
• Experience applying AI/LLM tooling to engineering workflows.
