Procurement Consultant (US)

Location: United States

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annual base salary, plus up to 20% annual bonus and company equity.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise procurement leaders across sourcing, category management, procurement operations, and organizational change.
• Drive adoption of autonomous procurement agents and help customers embed new ways of working into their operating models.
• Track usage, outcomes, and business metrics to translate product value into clear executive-level impact narratives.
• Run customer workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points, resistance, process gaps, and high-value use cases.
• Build data-backed business cases and present transformation journeys to executives and operational users.
• Share customer insights that shape product development and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience, including experience as a buyer, strategic sourcing manager, category manager, procurement operations professional, or procurement leader.
• Deep understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, category management, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption across large, complex organizations.
• Strong analytical, workshop facilitation, discovery, executive communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with SaaS environments and the ability to work effectively in a high-growth company.

Nice to have

• Procurement consulting experience combined with practitioner experience.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Jaggaer.
• Curiosity about AI agents and autonomous procurement.
