Salary: CAD 93,177–CAD 136,660 yearly

What you will do

• Oversee AML team operations, service quality, client integration, and timely delivery of required deliverables.
• Manage sensitive and escalated queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments.
• Participate in the internal AML framework, service reviews, and policy and procedure development.
• Support regional and global initiatives, projects, deliverables, and budget adherence.
• Manage direct reports through performance discussions, career coaching, development planning, and annual reviews.
• Lead or contribute to projects that support innovation, change, and a global operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Internationally recognized AML qualification.
• 10+ years of operations experience in financial services and AML.
• At least 5–7 years of managerial experience.
• Direct client contact, relationship management, and AML operations experience.
