Process Quality Technician (MedTech)

What you will do

• Investigate non-conformances, initiate NCRs, manage product control and corrective actions, and maintain quality-system documentation.
• Create, revise, and periodically review SOPs, procedures, protocols, and technical reports.
• Lead small Kaizen activities and apply root cause analysis tools such as 5M, 5 Whys, and Fishbone.
• Analyze quality data and recommend process, equipment, and system improvements.
• Train and guide manufacturing teams, provide day-to-day leadership to technicians, and support special projects.
• Support internal and external audits while maintaining safety, environmental, regulatory, QSR, GMP, and ISO compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic statistical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and support multiple assignments.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, some weekends, and rotating or irregular shifts as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in QSR- or ISO-regulated medical device manufacturing.
• Experience with Minitab and DMAIC, Fishbone, or 5 Whys methodologies.
• Experience preparing technical reports and presentations.
• Previous audit support or facilitator/lead experience.
