Brand Marketing Manager (MENA)

What you will do

• Execute the KSA social and content plan across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Shoot social-first short-form videos, reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content on location and at events.
• Coordinate content calendars, scheduling, platform strategy, photoshoots, vendors, shot lists, and on-site production.
• Recruit, negotiate with, and manage influencer and creator partnerships, including deliverables and ongoing relationships.
• Turn events, large-scale campaigns, and B2B partnerships into co-branded content and joint activations.
• Track performance, report results, provide learnings to leadership, and manage timelines and light budgets.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing, ideally with a consumer brand in MENA.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating personally created content, especially vertical video.
• Fluency in the MENA social landscape, including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Strong trend awareness, bias for action, and excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.

Nice to have

• Relationships with regional creators, agencies, or production talent.
• Experience with paid social, analytics tools, or social listening.
• Practical creator skills with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.
