Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js/PHP)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania, with additional workspaces in Klaipėda and Riga. The Vilnius office follows a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model; arrangements outside Vilnius depend on the position.

Salary: €3,500–€5,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Own full-stack development with Next.js, React, PHP, and Laravel from architecture through deployment and optimization.
• Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for rapid testing of concepts, messaging, and user journeys.
• Build personalization and scoring systems that provide more relevant user offers and experiences.
• Develop internal tools supporting advertising, marketing, and operational workflows.
• Work with complex business logic, third-party integrations, APIs, data flows, and performance challenges.
• Improve application security, scalability, reliability, code quality, and engineering standards while mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Next.js and React.
• Strong professional experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals, including clean architecture, design patterns, APIs, and automated testing.
• Ability to own frontend and backend development and navigate complex business and domain logic.
• Experience working autonomously across system design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Senior-level ownership, technical judgment, proactive problem-solving, and comfort with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude.
